Cabin #3 (non-smoking) Exterior Queen Bed Double Bed Kitchen	This cottage has 2 bedrooms; one queen size and one double bed. The living room has cable TV, A/C, futon along with a fully equipped spacious kitchen with microwave. Carport attached for parking.	$100.00	$600.00

WE REQUIRE THAT VACATIONERS PAY THE BALANCE OF THEIR VACATION WHEN CHECKING IN

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Telephone reservations will be held for 10 days pending arrival of deposit. The deposit amount is $200.00 per one-week stay PER CABIN. For mini-vacations under one-week a deposit of one night rental per cottage reserved. If you must cancel, deposits are only refunded if your entire reservation is filled (minus a $20.00 office fee).
Two-night minimum: We have a two night minimum from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
**We require that vacationers pay the balance of their vacation when checking in**.

Rates above based on 2-person occupancy. Add $18.00 per person per day or $108.00 per week. Tax is NOT INCLUDED in the rates. Add MN state tax of 6.875% plus 3% city lodging tax.

Dog Rates: Add $18 per night or $108 for a week. (We reserve the right to collect a dog deposit upon arrival.)

14 ft. Lund Boat/20 HP Elc. Start Motor Rental: $25.00/ half day, $40.00/day or $200.00 for week plus fuel/oil refill paid at end of use.

Two-night minimum: We have a two night minimum from Memorial day until Labor Day.
